Return Policy

At leloo.com we’re committed to you, our customers. We’re able to offer such amazing discounts because we don’t house inventory after our sales end, so we have a simple 48 hours return policy under which you can return a product received by you in a damaged or defective condition. Leloo.com has a 48 hours return policy, which means that you can request a return for the product within 48 hours of receiving it. The product to be returned must reach our warehouse within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of returns request authorization.

Leloo.com retains the right to examine whether the returned product is defective and/or damaged. In case the returned product is not defective or damaged, the customer will be informed about the same and the product as received will be returned to the shipping address of the customer.

In case the returned product is eligible for a replacement, we will send the replacement to the same shipping address of the customer, subject to the availability of the stock of the product. In case if the product is eligible for refund, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund policy.

Conditions under which the product returns/replacements may be rejected

  • Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you.
  • Product is used or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed in case of clothing.
  • Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Product was damaged after use/opening.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Products like  innerwear, lingerie, vests, briefs, trunks, socks, mittens, wristbands, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, fashion accessories, contraceptives, flowers, furniture, bullion, precious jewellery, remote-controlled toys and their accessories.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number.
  • Missing manufacturer tag especially in case of apparel and footwear.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty However, if any manufacturing defect or damage is reported to us after 48 hours of the product being received by you, we would need a DOA (dead on arrival) certificate/replacement certificate from the respective Brand's authorized service centre to initiate the replacement or refund process. Without the DOA certificate/replacement certificate we will not be able to process the replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

At Leloo.com, we have a easy cancellation policy, where you can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order, by sending us an email on [email protected] Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. Also in this case, the amount will be refunded only to your leloo wallet, and not in any other accounts.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

In order to cancel an item in your order:

  • Log into your Leloo account and go to the 'My Orders' page
  • Identify the item you want to cancel .
  • In the orders page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order.
  • Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, and confirm cancellation.
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
  • Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

In case of cancellation after the product has already been shipped, the refund mode will be Leloo Wallet. The refunded amount will be made available immediately.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Leloo.com.
